Description
The contractor shall develop a holistic web application covering the complete digital Service Delivery Management (SDM) process of the Programme for Infrastructure Develelopment in Africa (PIDA) including the development of the project management plan and successful implementation in accordance with real user needs. Iterative technical implementation including testing and quality assurance, documentation, training, support and maintenance.
