Description

Advisory Facility - Eastern Partnership and Central Asia Program (FELICITY II)" on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). FELICITY II is part of the International Climate Initiative 2020 and supports the preparation and implementation of low carbon infrastructure projects in Partnership Countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The anticipated project outcome of FELICITY II is to enable participating countries to realize low-carbon and climate-resilient infrastructure projects with support of international climate finance. In Ukraine, the focus of FELICITY II is on the water and wastewater sector, which shows significant scope for investment to improve services and water security, to reduce environmental pollution and to reduce GHG emissions. The project is jointly implemented with the European Investment Bank EIB which is financing low-carbon infrastructure investment measures in the water and wastewater sector.
