According to the needs of the needs of the already existing and future ISEP, the 3 work packages (WP) of the services contract are: 1: Developing the capacity for assurance of a) quality tutoring during company internships and b) quality teaching of external teachers - Study tour for ISEP staff (20-25 persons) to a French speaking African country - Support ISEP staff on enhancing the standardization of quality tutoring of interns (= ISEP students) at enterprise level - Improve the quality of the teaching in ISEPs provided by professionals 2: Developing managerial capacities in cooperative education approaches - Realize a needs assessment - In-person capacity-development sessions for directors in organisational management of cooperative approaches in technical higher education institutes 3: Advising ISEP Mbacké with its Green Campus in developing a sustainable development strategy - A study trip for the staff of ISEP Mbacké on the strategies and initiatives of "Education for Sustainable Development" of higher education institutions or institutions of vocational training in Germany and/or a French speaking European country - Support ISEP Mbacké in developing and imple…
