Description
GIZ is currently implementing the technical cooperation project "Livable and Inclusive Cities for All" (LICA) in Bangladesh (November 2022 - October 2025). The module objective is: "The institutional capacities of local and national administrations for inclusive and climate-sensitive environmental management in selected cities in Bangladesh have been improved." LICA aligns itself with the BMZ core thematic area "climate and energy, just transition" in the field of action "sustainable urban development" and is part of the (now expired) EZ programme "Adaptation to climate change in urban areas in Bangladesh." LICA intends to hire the services of a contractor (or a consortium) to provide technical experts across all three outputs.
