Description
Voor Vastgoed & Campus, afdeling Strategie zijn we op zoek naar een Assetmanager. Per aanbieder mag er één kandidaat worden aangedragen. Bij het eventueel indienen van uw inschrijving in Mercell verzoeken wij u om de toelichting mee te nemen bij uw reactie op de gestelde eisen/wensen. De afdeling Strategie, Advies & Energie van de directie Vastgoed en Campus (V&C) van de Universiteit Utrecht (hierna: UU) is op zoek naar een Assetmanager voor het centrumgebied van het Utrecht Sciencepark (USP). Het centrumgebied USP is één van de vier vastgoedregio’s van de UU. In het gebied bevinden zich facultaire gebouwen, onderwijsgebouwen, de universiteitsbibliotheek, het gebouw van de universitaire bestuursdienst en een sportcentrum. De werkzaamheden die de Assetmanager dient te verrichten zijn: De Assetmanager draagt zorg voor de inhoudelijke vertaling van kaderstelling (kosten, tijd en kwaliteit) naar objectplannen en vastgoedsturingsinformatie. En naar kaders voor de te realiseren projecten, waarbij moet worden opgemerkt dat de kaderstelling nog in beweging is; Kosten, tijd en kwalite…
