Description
Oslo University Hospital (henceforth also referred to as OUS) intends to replace the patient monitoring equipment for a newborn intensive care, rikshospitalet. The monitoring equipment is from Philips today and consists of equipment mainly procured in 2012. It has reached an operational time which means that it must now be replaced. OUS has, after a thorough professional assessment, concluded that it is absolutely necessary to continue with monitoring equipment from Philips.This replacement will ensure patient safety and provide better interaction and monitoring of vulnerable patients between the different locations of newborn intensive care.
