Denne entreprise er en del af projektet 7019 Ombygning af tilslutningsanlæg (TSA) på E45 ved Randers, som indgår i Infrastrukturplan 2035. Entreprisen omfatter i hovedtræk udførelse af ca. 2 km støjskærm langs motorvej E45. Deraf er ca. 0,8 km støjskærm optioner. Entreprisen omfatter desuden opsætning af autoværn og udstyr, opsætning af 3 stk. skilteportaler, inkl. fundamenter og opsætning af vejtavler, samt etablering af ca. 2 km afvandingssystem langs støjskærm.
