Denne entreprise er en del af projektet 6090 Udbygning af E45 Aarhus S - Aarhus N, som indgår i Infrastrukturplan 2035. Entreprisen omfatter i hovedtræk sideudvidelse af motorvejen (E45 og Djursland motorvejen) fra 2 til 3 spor, herunder ca. 4,5 km motorvej og 9 ramper, samt udbygning af ca. 2 km kommuneveje med ekstra spor. Dertil kommer ombygning af motorvejsbroer, etablering af elementstitunnel, etablering af faunapassage, etablering af støjskærm, vejbelysningsanlæg og signalanlæg mv.
