Description

1.1 Inroduction: With this request, Turku Energia Oy wishes to obtain a delivery of a new electrode boiler (50 MW, output power will be locked in Invitation to Tender (ITT)) with an associated expansion system, boiler circuit pump, control valves and heat exchanger for Pääskyvuori power station (address: Jaanintie, TURKU, FINLAND). The aim is to have the boiler in operation by 2026. 1.2 Scope of delivery: The preliminary purchasing package will include: • Delivery and installation of a fully automated electrode boiler in a designated location/foundation • Delivery of a heat exchanger between a boiler circuit and a district heating system • Delivery of an expansion system for a boiler and a boiler circuit • Delivery of a primary boiler circuit • Delivery of a boiler pump • Delivery of safety valves on a boiler or in a boiler circuit • Delivery of control valves in a boiler circuit • Delivery of complete electrification, automation and instrumentation • Process responsibility for boiler and boiler circuit • Sufficient supervision of boiler installation and erection • Commissioning of boiler and boiler circuit 1.3 Excluded from scope of delivery: • Construction and foundat…
