Description
Auftragsgegenstand ist die Lieferung von insgesamt 5 Gelenkbussen mit lokal emissionsfreiem Fahrantrieb mittels Wasserstoff. Es muss sich um Neufahrzeuge handeln. Die Busse müssen komplett barrierefrei sein. Es dürfen nur Niederflurbusse angeboten werden; Low-Entry-Busse sind daher ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Die Auftraggeberin behält sich vor, den Auftrag auf der Grundlage der Erstangebote zu vergeben, ohne in Verhandlungen einzutreten (§ 15 Abs. 4 SektVO).
