Description
Die Universität Bayreuth beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines High-End-Geräts für die fluoreszenzaktivierte Zellsortierung (FACS). Dieses soll für eine breite Palette von Anwendungen eingesetzt werden, die von Biochemie und Genetik bis hin zu Biomechanik, Biotechnologie und Materialwissenschaften reichen. Genauer gesagt wird das Gerät eingesetzt, um große Mengen totipotenter Stammzellen für die Regenerationsforschung aus einer Primärquelle zu isolieren.
