Description
Espoon Asunnot Oy on Espoon kaupungin omistama kiinteistöyhtiö, jonka tarkoituksena on tuottaa asumispalveluja kuntalaisille. Tällä hetkellä omistuksessa on n. 310 kiinteistöä, joissa on n. 16 000 asuntoa.Tämän kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on saada sopimuskumppanit Espoon Asuntojen kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoitoon vihersopimusalueille 1.2 ja 1.3. Sopimukset tulee olemaan kestoltaan toistaiseksi voimassaoleva. Kiinteistöalueille valitaan lisäksi varatoimittaja tarjouskilpailun menestyksen perusteella sopimuskumppaneiksi valittujen jälkeisiltä sijoilta.
