Description
Das zu errichtende Gebäude in der Rosenstraße 2a-b schließt direkt an die Nachbargebäude 2c und 2 an. Der Neubau wird durch eine Verbindung barrierefrei über das 1. und 2. Geschoss an das bestehende Verwaltungsgebäude (Rosenstraße 2) angeschlossen, und auf der Seite zum Bestandsgebäude (Rosenstraße 2c) auf volle Höhe an den Giebel angearbeitet. Das Gebäude ist unterkellert und verfügt über eine Durchfahrt im Erdgeschoss. Für die Rohbau- und Dacharbeiten wird ein Fassaden-/ Dachfanggerüst erforderlich. Zur Erschließung der Etagen in der Bauzeit ist ein Lastenaufzug vorgesehen.
