Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réhabilitation thermique et de résidentialisation en conception-réalisation en site occupé de 348 logements répartis en trois tours (A, B et C) de 116 logements chacune. Les tours sont composées de 21 étages répartis du R-2 au R+18. Les niveaux R-1 et R-2 sont semi-enterrés. La production de chaleur pour le chauffage et l'eau chaude sanitaire est assuré par le chauffage urbain « Via Confort ». Chaque tour est équipé d'une sous-station.
