Description
Het doel van deze Aanbesteding is het contracteren van 1 Ondernemer voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht van de in totaal 3 (drie) 3D C-Bogen voor Amsterdam UMC en 1 (één) 3D C-Boog voor Dijklander Ziekenhuis. Voor Amsterdam UMC zullen 2 (twee) 3D C-Bogen direct worden afgenomen, 1 (één) 3D C-Boog dient te worden aangeschaft binnen een termijn van 2 (twee) jaar. Voor Dijklander Ziekenhuis zal 1 (één) 3D C-Boog afnemen voor 31 december 2026. Zie Leidraad.

- Quality — Inschrijver dient een ingevuld en ondertekend document: Bijlage 5.0 Programma van Eisen & Wensen 3D C-bogen in.
- Price — Inschrijver dient een ingevuld en ondertekend document: Bijlage 6.0 Prijsopgaveformulier 3D C-Bogen in.
