L’opération de travaux a pour objet la réhabilitation complète du bâtiment Bazar Café comprenant un ERP de 4e catégorie et 5 logements. Lieu d’exécution : 24 Grande Rue François Mitterrand à La Charité-sur-Loire (58) Cette opération est divisée en 13 lots.
