1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych jednorazowego użytku o profilu anestezjologicznym dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną,kilka lub wszystkie części.
