Description
Es ist beabsichtigt, mit pharmazeutischen Unternehmen wirkstoffselektive Rabattvereinbarungen im Sinne des § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die Lieferung von Fertigarzneimitteln gemäß den in elektronischer Form zur Verfügung stehenden Vergabeunterlagen zu schließen. Die Vergabe ist in wirkstoffbezogene Fachlose unterteilt. Gemäß den Regelungen des Arzneimittel-Lieferengpassbekämpfungs- und Versorgungsverbesserungsgesetz (ALBVVG) werden diese Lose bei patentfreien Antibiotika in jeweils zwei Lose (EU-Los/Global-Los) unterteilt, § 130a Abs. 8a SGB V. Für das EU-Los wird ein Vertragspartner gesucht, im Global-Los hingegen zwei Vertragspartner. Die einzelnen Lose sind der Angebotsdatei (Anlage 1) zu entnehmen. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die Vertragsbedingungen und die Preisblätter zu den einzelnen Fachlosen als Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
