Vervangen doelvoorstellingsinstallatie (DVI), alle banen uitbreiden van 10 naar 15 schietpunten en voorzien van bewegende doelen op 100/200/300 meterbanen op de Westerheide banen, ISK Harskamp. Na de vervanging van de doelvoorstellingsinstallaties dienen deze ook voor de duur van 4 jaar in stand worden gehouden, door het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud. 9 miljoen
