Description
De originele aanbesteding betreft het prestatiecontract van de Oosterscheldekering. Onderdeel van het prestatie contract is de onderhoud aan het Topshuis. In het topshuis is de bovenkraan in de patio aan het einde van zijn levensduur. Om aan het contract te kunnen voldoen en de kraan in optimale conditie te kunnen houden is een renovatie noodzakelijk.
