Description
Es ist beabsichtigt, mit pharmazeutischen Unternehmen wirkstoffselektive Rabattvereinbarungen im Sinne des § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die Lieferung von Fertigarzneimitteln gemäß den in elektronischer Form zur Verfügung stehenden Vergabeunterlagen zu schließen. Die Vergabe ist in wirkstoffbezogene Fachlose unterteilt. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die Vertragsbedingungen und die Preisblätter zu den einzelnen Fachlosen als Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen. Wir bitten zu beachten, dass die Einfachvergabe der 31. Generikausschreibung in zwei separate Bekanntmachungen gesplittet werden musste. Das Verfahren mit dem Titel 31. (1a): 31. Generikaausschreibung (1a) umfasst die Fachlose 1 - 85 und das Verfahren mit dem Titel (1b): 31. Generikaausschreibung (1b) die Fachlose 86 - 171. Die Aufsplittung des Verfahrens ist notwendig geworden, da die Datenschnittstelle, über die diese Ausschreibung an den Datenservice Öffentlicher Einkauf weitergeleitet wird, der diese wiederum an das EU-Amtsblatt weiterleitet, nicht über die erforderliche Datenkapazität verfügt.
