Description
In het kader van de planvoorbereiding dient een MER in 2 fasen te worden uitgevoerd waarbij uitgegaan moet worden van de vier alternatieven uit de verkenning. Van de voorkeursvariant dient een Projectbesluit en integraal wegontwerp te worden opgesteld, inclusief plandragende vergunningen, één en ander op basis van de nieuwe Omgevingswet (Ow). De opdracht bestaat in hoofdzaak uit het uitvoeren van onderzoek, opstellen van producten en het leveren van diensten en ondersteuning ter uitvoering van de planstudie. zie hst 3.3 (en verder) van "Uitvraag MER"
