Description
Toulouse Métropole réalise de nombreux diagnostics de pollution chimique allant jusqu'à l'estimation de travaux en fonction de l'usage futur du site. Suite à ces diagnostics, la Collectivité est amenée à réaliser des travaux de réhabilitation en fonction de l'usage futur sur son territoire. L'objectif de cet accord cadre est de définir les éventuels besoins de la Collectivité en matière de dépollution chimique ainsi que la remise en état des terrains après dépollution. Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Accord-cadre avec maximum (28 millions d'euros HT sur 4 ans) passé avec deux opérateurs économiques
