Description
Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. Le contrat comporte une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Contexte : La Mairie de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole (dont l'Etablissement Public du Capitole) publient l'information et offrent des services aux usagers sur leurs médias numériques (sites web et réseaux sociaux). La collectivité conçoit, développe et gère différents sites Web. Le périmètre du marché est limité à celui de l'usine à sites. En 2021, la collectivité a harmonisé et rationalisé la conception, le développement et la maintenance de ses sites Web avec la création d'une « usine à sites », sous le CMS wordpress. Cette usine comprend différents modules transverses. Le présent accord cadre a pour objet de confier au titulaire le développement, la maintenance (14 sites à ce jour) et la création de sites internet dans une usine à sites sous WordPress.
