Description
Le groupement de commande Toulouse Métropole/Ville de Toulouse fait part de besoins réguliers de mobiliers urbains de différentes gammes pour le réaménagement de ses espaces publics et le renouvellement des mobiliers déjà installés sur le territoire Métropolitain. Pour répondre à ce besoin, la collectivité souhaite contractualiser avec les opérateurs économiques fabricants ou fournisseurs de mobiliers urbains par le biais d'une consultation sous forme Système d'Acquisition Dynamique (SAD). Le SAD est une technique d'achat qui permet à l'acheteur de constituer dans un premier temps, un vivier de fournisseurs dont la candidature aura été admise. Lors de la survenance du besoin, l'acheteur peut alors consulter l'ensemble de ces fournisseurs et conclure un marché avec celui qui propose l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse
