Description
La Mairie de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole louent régulièrement du matériel audiovisuel, de sonorisation et d'éclairage à l'occasion d'inaugurations, fêtes, cérémonies, commémorations, réunions de travail, présentations de projets municipaux, conférences de presse, séminaires, évènementiel, expositions temporaires et permanentes, musées et autres lieux culturels, manifestations culturelles, sportives … En fonction des événements et des besoins, cette prestation de location de matériel sera relative : - soit à du matériel vidéo (lot 1) - soit à du matériel de sonorisation et scénique liés à l'évènementiel (son et/ou mise en lumière) (lot 2) - soit à du matériel de mise en lumière muséographique et son pour des musées, des expositions permanentes ou temporaires, des stands. Une prestation de stockage et d'entretien du matériel (propriété de la direction mutualisée de la communication) est exigée (lot 3) La consultation est lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord cadre.
