La présente consultation concerne la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire et de son marché subséquent n°1 pour les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre du système d'endiguement de Toulouse Rive gauche ainsi que la réalisation de missions et d'études spécifiques pour les ouvrages suivants : - Section G5-2 - Bâtiment de l'Hôtel Dieu St-Jacques, - Section G6 - Piles d'appui de la Grande Porte Viguerie (porte de l'hémicycle), - Section G7-1 - Bâtiment de l'Hôpital de La Grave, - Section G7-2 - Bâtiment de l'Usine hydroélectrique du Martinet. Il s'agit d'ouvrages de protection des inondations non conventionnels, complexes, en maçonnerie ancienne et faisant partie de sites patrimoniaux remarquables (notamment classés Monuments Historiques pour l'Hôtel-Dieu et l'Hospice de la Grave). Accord cadre mixte à marchés subséquents et à bons de commende SEUILS MAXIMUM DE L'ACCORD CADRE : Le montant maximum pour la période initiale est fixé à 2,5 millions d'euros hors taxes. Le montant maximum pour la période de reconduction est fixé à 2,5 millions d'euros hors taxes
