Description
Vinmonopolet shall enter into an agreement for the procurement of customer and market surveys. It is a non-exclusive framework agreement. The value of the agreement may vary. The estimated value will be between NOK 0.6 and 3 million per annum. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contract is also subject to budgetary conditions.
