Description
A digital PCR instrument shall be procured for the upgrading of the genetics laboratory at the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research's department in Tromsø. The instrument shall only be used for research. The instrument shall mainly be used for detection and quantification of DNA markers in environmental DNA samples from both water and sediments. Due to limited amounts of templat DNA, we look for an instrument that can detect very low concentrations in small templat amounts.
