La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle a pour objet la maintenance et la réparation des véhicules industriels de poids inférieur ou égal 3.5 tonnes dont disposent les différents services de la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur. Cette procédure prévoit également l'acquisition de pièces détachées pour les réparations réalisées en régie.
