Description
Ces travaux sont une réfection définitive des sous chaussées et trottoirs à réaliser sur le territoire de Toulouse Métropole (TM), à la suite d'interventions des concessionnaires réseaux. Ces travaux consistent en la réalisation d'une réfection parfaite en termes de continuité et de longévité suite à la réception du support de la tranchée. En effet , les concessionnaires sont responsables de leurs interventions en sous-sol et assurent le remblaiement de la tranchée conformément au Règlement de Voirie. Cependant, la couche de base et le revêtement sont réalisés sous Maîtrise d'Ouvrage TM et un métré contradictoire est établi entre le concessionnaire et TM, afin de définir en amont l'enveloppe financière nécessaire à cette réfection qui est ensuite reversée par le concessionnaire
