Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter de sa notification. Il sera reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3 et la durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La précision indiquant pour chaque lot que "L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2025 ou de sa date de notification si elle est postérieure jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025" est indicative
