The competition is for 24 hour residential and welfare services for users under the age of 18. The user has compound and serious diagnoses within mental disabilities, autism spectrum disturbances and behavioural challenges. The service recipient needs assistance in safeguarding self-care and daily tasks in residences with 24 hour residential and care services.
