Description
Durch den Ausschuss für Stadtplanung, Verkehr und Wohnungsfragen, wurde am 20.06.2023 beschlossen eine Baukonzession an einen privaten Investor zu vergeben. Die Auftragsvergabe soll dann erfolgen, wenn der Bau, Betrieb und Unterhalt der Parkierungsanlage eigenwirtschaftlich, sprich ohne finanzielle Unterstützung der Stadt Regensburg, durch einen privaten Investor umsetzbar ist. Um ein bestmöglichstes Ergebnis zu erreichen, sind Verhandlungen bei solch einem komplexen Vorhaben unerlässlich.
