Das Wärmeverteilnetz erstreckt sich auf ca. 2.600 m Mehrschichtverbundrohr DN 12, ca. 1.000 m Edelstahlrohr 15-42 mm gepresst, sowie ca. 100 m schwarzes Rohr geschweißt. Die Wärmeerzeugung der kompletten Konradschule umfasst jeweils einen Pellet- und Gaskessel.
