Description

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement on travel agency services. The travel agency shall be a strategic partner for the Contracting Authority in the work of making booking journeys easier, reducing the time spent, focusing on environmentally friendly transport alternatives and total travel costs as well as safeguarding travellers ́ safety. The framework agreement shall be experienced as useful by travellers and be the preferred way to book journeys.
