NORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS (the Contracting Authority) is a future orientated research institute with great professional breadth and strong knowledge environments. We have more than 800 employees divided in offices in Bergen (main office), Tromsø, Alta, Bardu, Haugesund, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Grimstad and Oslo. The work shall enable the Contracting Authority to plan the business in a way that reduces the business's risk, manage the business efficiently during crisis situations and minimise the extent of damage when occurring.
