NORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS (the Contracting Authority) is a future orientated research institute with great professional breadth and strong knowledge environments. The work shall enable the Contracting Authority to plan the business in a way that reduces the business's risk, manage the business efficiently during crisis situations and minimise the extent of damage when occurring.
