Description
The aim of the procurement is to enter into an ongoing service contract for cleaning of the Contracting Authority's locations in Stavanger, Haugesund and Tromsø.The contracting authority needs cleaning services at the following locations: Sub-contract 1 Stavanger: Risavika, Energivegen 16, 4056 Tananger Mekjarvik 12, 4072 Randaberg Ullandhaug, Prof.Olav Hanssens vei 15, 4021 Stavanger Sector Contract 2 Haugesund: Sørhauggata 128, 5527 HaugesundDelkontrakt 3 Tromsø: Siva Innovasjonssenter, Sykehusvegen 23, 9019 TromsøThere shall be a contract with one Tenderer for the entire extent per lot. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the sub-contracts. It is also possible for the same tenderer to get a mark-up for more than one sub-contract. The following services shall be carried out at the mentioned locations: Regular cleaning as further described in Annex 1 - Requirement Specifications point 2.3 and in Annex 10Ruleary additional services as further described in Annex 1 - Requirement Specifications point 2.4, i.a.. Routines for flushing showers with warm water ifb. legionella treatment Ordering Cleaning (this is a non-exclusive option that can be ordered separately).
