Description
Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse. Pour accompagner la dynamique urbaine du secteur de Fondeyre, la Mairie de Toulouse prévoit de renforcer l'offre en matière d'équipements de proximité. Ainsi, le secteur de Fondeyre accueillera un groupe scolaire neuf qui aura une capacité d'accueil de 22 classes (9 maternelles et 13 élémentaires). Cette construction devra d'une part atteindre le plus haut niveau de performance environnementale, qui correspond aux bâtiments à énergie positive ou encore au niveau E4 de la labellisation E+C- en considérant le niveau E3 atteint sans panneaux photovoltaïques. Missions confiées: mission de base : ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT,VISA, DET, AOR et missions complémentaires : SSI, STD, EXE PARTIELLE, SYNTHESE. Le projet s'inscrit également dans une démarche BIM (Building Information Modeling)
