Seront confiées au titulaire 2 missions articulées pour définir la vision prospective de moyen/long terme de la CACP en matière de foncier et d'immobilier économique. L'ensemble des documents produits devront intégrer le futur SCOT : - MISSION 1 : STRATEGIE TERTIAIRE DE L'AGGLOMERATION, ANALYSE ET DEFINITION PROSPECTIVE DES POTENTIALITES FONCIERES - MISSION 2 : STRATEGIE FONCIERE ECONOMIQUE DE L'AGGLOMERATION Le volet commercial (zones commercial, DAACL) fait l'objet d'une étude distincte et n'a pas à être traité dans le cadre de cette étude. Le présent marché a fait l'objet d'une précédente consultation infructueuse sous la référence n°23SA15
