La consultation est divisée en 2 lots : Lot 1 "Nettoyage courant des zones 1, 2, 3 et 4 ", réservé aux Etablissements et Services d'Aide par le Travail (ESAT) et aux Entreprises Adaptées (EA) conformément à l'article L. 2113 12 du Code de la Commande Publique. Marché réservé, à prix global et forfaitaire. Lot 2 "Nettoyage courant des zones 5, 6, vitreries et prestations spécifiques", ouvert à toutes les structures. Marché mixte, à prix global et forfaitaire et en accord cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire avec minimum de 1000 euro(s) HT/an et maximum de 30 000 euro(s) HT/an
