Description

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Directorate invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the procurement of parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for the IT area The agreements shall cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in its own agency at a given time, or where extra capacity is needed. The contracts can also be used if external quality assurance is needed. The agreement shall be valid for the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. Other NAV entities (governmental part) have an option to use the Contract. Entities that use their option within a sub-contract (competence area) are obliged to call-offs on the framework agreements within the same sub-contract (competence area) if further needs for consultancy services occur during the term of the Agreement. The maximum value per lot (competence area) is 25% of the estimated total value.
