Description
Die Eisenbahninfrastrukturbetreiberinnen; SBB AG, BLS Netz AG und Transports publics fribourgeois Infrastructure (TPF INFRA SA) genannt ISB, benötigt zur Fahrbahn-Erneuerung (FB-Erneuerung) ihrer Fahrbahninfrastruktur unterschiedlichste externe Gleisbaumaschinenleistungen. Dazu führen sie für die Beschaffung von Gleisbaumaschinenleistungen für die FB-Erneuerung im Einklang mit dem Beschaffungsrecht ein offenes Verfahren durch. Der Abschluss dient zur Deckung des Bedarfes ab 2028 mittels mehreren Rahmenwerksverträgen. Dabei stellen die ISB hohe Anforderungen an die Sicherheit, die Qualität und die Verfügbarkeit der Leistung bei der Ausführung der Gleisbaumaschinenleistungen für die FB-Erneuerung.
