Description
The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase of user surveys. The contracting authority would like to gain knowledge about the users' experiences with and assessments of NAV, and will therefore regularly carry out user surveys and user insight work. We need assistance with such surveys aimed at NAV ́s users (private persons and employers). It is important to us that the users' privacy is safeguarded.
