Description
As a part of the administration there is sometimes a need to remove boats from inner Oslofjord. The boats can be displaced or wrecked and where the owner cannot be identified and charged for the removal of the boat. As long as these boats remain in the fjord areas, this contributes to inconvience for the municipality ́s employees and inhabitants as it regards accessibility and danger of pollution with varying damage potential. The procurement is being made in order to give the Agency for Urban Environment and Oslo Havn KF a contract with a service provider who can carry out assignments involving raising and removing boats where the owner of the boat is not identifiable, or the owner is insolvent to cost the salvage itself. The contract is for assignments involving lifting, removing and disposing of boats to a certified site for destruction/redevelopment. The agreement is geographically limited to the Oslo Fjord within Oslo's municipal borders.
