Description

La présente consultation permettra au SIARE : - Dans une première phase, de sélectionner les prestataires susceptibles de répondre à ses besoins en matière de travaux d'assainissement (eaux usées et eaux pluviales) au cours des quatre (4) prochaines années ; - Puis, une fois les attributaires de l'accord-cadre désignés, de les mettre en concurrence pour l'attribution de marchés permettant de répondre aux besoins du Syndicat, au fur et à mesure de l'apparition de ceux-ci (marchés subséquents), dans les conditions prévues au Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP). Sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidatures et d'offres, l'accord-cadre sera attribué à trois (3) prestataires

• Price — Prix des prestations, jugé sur la base du Bordereau des Prix (Bp) et sur la base de plusieurs Devis Quantitatifs Estimatifs (Dqe) cachés
