Description

L’accord-cadre a pour objet l’exécution de prestations de nettoyage des locaux (hors lycées) exploités par la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Il comprend également les prestations de vitrerie. Les prestations attendues sont : • Des prestations courantes de nettoyage des locaux afin d’assurer un état de propreté et d’hygiène approprié au type et à l’usage de ces locaux en utilisant systématiquement des opérations de bio-nettoyage (« nettoyage-désinfection ») afin de limiter le risque infectieux lié à l’environnement au travail ; • Des prestations annuelles de nettoyage de vitrerie ; • Des prestations semestrielles de nettoyage approfondi ; • Des prestations ponctuelles de nettoyage, de fourniture de distributeurs ou de consommables sanitaires, de gestion des déchets jusqu’à la déchetterie, de mise en place de poubelles, rénovation de sièges textiles ; • Des prestations de nettoyage conformes à l’objet de l’accord cadre mais pas encore précisées techniquement (dénommées « spécifiques »).
