Description
Tafjord Kraftvarme AS is considering the procurement and installation of a flue gas condensation (FGC) installation, intended to enhance the thermal efficiency of incinerator 2 for district heating production. The installation may be situated in the main production facility. The primary objective is to establish a robust, efficient, and reliable heating solution that integrates seamlessly into the current district heating system. Flue gas condensation utilization is expected to secure a long-term energy supply, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to TKV’s sustainability goals by reducing emissions and optimizing resource utilization. The scope of the RFI includes technologies that are capable of adapting to the operational varaiations in flue gas condensate and variable load conditions.
