L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est sans minimum et avec un montant maximum, tous lots confondus, de 370 000 euro(s) H.T. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le marché a pour objet : - les produits mentionnés sur les Bordereaux de Prix Unitaires (cf annexes à l'Acte d'engagement) - éventuellement d'autres produits de même nature figurant au catalogue du fournisseur et faisant l'objet d'une remise sur les prix du tarif applicable à l'ensemble de la clientèle (cf mêmes annexes). La valeur estimée de l'accord cadre est tous lots confondus. Lieu(x) d'exécution : Tous les sites du GHT et du Groupement des Commandes Hôtelières des Bouches-du-Rhône le cas échéant
